The "Agliola Festival" is a traditional event that celebrates the culture and traditions of Sardinia. The name of this tradition Agliola  derives from the threshing of cereals, which takes place in July and has always been a moment in which work and celebration come together. The festival is an opportunity to enjoy traditional  piaty, accompanied by music, dancing and other cultural attractions. It is a time of joy and conviviality that brings together the local community and visitors to celebrate the culinary and cultural richness of the region.
